Come along and make your own set of 4 porcelain coasters, using beautiful fresh seasonal flowers.

The workshop will start with refreshments while I demonstrate the mindful technique of pressing flowers and foliage into porcelain clay. I will show you how to prepare the clay, rolling and smoothing the porcelain, before selecting your favourite flowers to position and press into the clay. We will then cut coasters and finish the pieces ready for drying.

The coasters will be dried in the studio and bisque fired, I will either glaze, or highlight with your choice of underglaze. The pieces will be fired and ready to collect from the studio in around 4 weeks, or can be posted (at an additional cost).
